Fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals, and that doesn't change in liquid form. Juices are a great way to get your 5 a day, especially if you find it hard to eat them in solid form. Just be careful about the juice you choose, as many premade juices have added sugar. Go for juices with berries, citrus fruits, and/or green vegetables for the best immune-boosting benefits.

Turmeric Tea/Juice.

Turmeric is so much more than just a curry spice. It contains the anti-inflammatory powerhouse compound curcumin, which helps to boost the immune system and its antibodies. Turmeric can be used in cooking, but you can also add it to juices or create lovely teas with it. Our favorite is the Golden Chai or Turmeric Latte: just add turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, honey, or maple syrup and a pinch of black pepper to your heated milk of choice and mix well.
